Begging for a Psycho.

Begging in the streets of the Netherlands. Without basic food, shelter, and medical attention. It is urgent. It is an emergency. IN A CORONA PANDEMIC. Cuba awaits for tomorrow to solve this Hostage Situation. Either for asylum; or for Amnesty. Because Deportation is illegal and inhumane. A violation of International Law.

It is the law of the European Union to assure that, in its territory, all Human Rights and freedoms are respected.

Anyone can enjoy European Freedoms without Asylum. Like working for example...with some exceptions, like:

When you are an immigrant asking for Legal Political Asylum.

In that case, working is Black and it is punishable for Security Reasons.

Anything happening to a refugee could cause any European State, or other countries, high expenses. Working black can also cause a POLITICAL IMMIGRANT a High Fine, Deportation, or even Prison and death.

Human Handling, Human Trafficking, and Human Dealing is illegal, especially with refugees. Anyone caught can serve long days in prison for such a crime.

When a refugee cannot go back to his country of origin, and the particular case cannot not be Deportation, amnesty to a neighboring country can be arranged by the immigration authorities and the court.

It is illegal and a strong punishable violation to deny access to an immigrant to the assigned Red Cross Services, Social Dorms, and Social facilities. It is a strong and inhumane violation to keep immigrants with Psychological Issues that do not require hospitalization in the streets; fostering human predation, crime, and human Handling within the European Territory.

IT IS A STRONG CORONA PANDEMIC VIOLATION WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE MORAL CONSEQUENCES ATTACHED TO IT. TO KEEP A HUMAN BEING IN THE OPEN WITHOUT THE BASIC ATTENTIONS SUCH AS FOOD, A WARM SHELTER, WATER, AND ORIENTATION. ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER TIME, OR IN HEAT WAVES.

SEX ORIENTATION DEFAMATION, PUBLIC DEFAMATION, ATTACKS ON THE MORAL ON THE VICTIM, THE VICTIM'S PAST FAMILIES AND ACQUAINTANCES...IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, RACIST, AND HOMOPHOBIC. ESPECIALLY WHEN POLITICS AND A COUNTRY'S INTELLIGENCE ARE THE TOOL TO ASSURE THE POWER.

A lawyer is always assigned by every state. When the evidence is not convincing according to the Legal Bar, in order to avoid Economic Losses, Business Disturbances..., and Security issues, AMNESTY IS OBLIGATORY BY LAW.

When the refugees cannot be defended, for denial of a lawyer, the case will go up to the European Court in Belgium where the immigrant can be provided with one. When no country in the European Union can be responsible for giving asylum to an immigrant, legal amnesty can be arranged to another continent. When no continent is responsible for an immigrant, it is HUMAN GENOCIDE.

It is illegal to try to deport an immigrant who can provide at least one New Piece of evidence in each New Appeal to die or to spend life in prison back in the hands of any dictatorship. Also of International Terrorism. If Cuba can prove than other involved sides are responsible for the compensation, Cuba must litigate. Otherwise, Cuba will be held responsible for every charge. If the charges are not coinable with gold, it could even be decided to ask the Cuban state to resign from power to let sane magistrates to handle the law in the Caribbean Island.

Asylum must be given to anyone who can prove mind sanity, no legal bounds, the ability to creat material goods and wealth, or even to contribute to the European Union's economy and human Index and Happiness. Like anyone you know will not be a hurdle to society...

It is said that the Netherlands can do nothing except for giving the refugees protection.

The Refugees Authorities are urged to ask the Netherlands to cooperate in finding out who is responsible for giving compensation to the ones whose human rights have been damaged, violated, in its territory and can prove it. So that the ones responsible compensate them; so that the Netherlands does not have to pay for their intrusion.

Compensation will depend on the evidence, the proof, the witnesses, the immigration, and the court in every jurisdiction according to the country's laws. Usually the European Court or, in the last case scenario, the International Court of Justice decide. However there is always an arrangement made between the sides involved in the legal litigations. When one side denies to compensate the other, the United Nations decide.

However, there is still another exception. The refusal of one side to cooperate with the United Nations . Which is illegal according to International Law because it is a disobedience to the world order, the world authorities, and the ecclesiastical authorities. Even to the extent of creation war, Anarchism, extremism, and terrorism. Which can create a Nuclear Event, or even war that can bring the human races and the Green Planet to Extinction.

Cuba is called to sanity, cooperation, and collaboration in Luis Alberto Alfonso Rodríguez's case in the Netherlands.

Cuba is responsible for all Cubans alike. Cuba, however, denies the Cuban Exile Luis Alberto Alfonso Rodríguez all guaranties and the most basic human rights and human freedoms, as stipulated in the U.N declaration of Human Rights. Especially when Luis Alberto Alfonso Rodríguez has been in contact with the Cuban Embassies and the world human rights organizations which are only responsible for denouncing Cuba's violations.

By forcing Luis Alberto Alfonso Rodríguez to an asylum center and a New Asylum application when there are witnesses worldwide that testify in his favor for one of the most extremist AYLUM CASE in the history of the so called Cuban Revolution.

Cuba can be charged with IDENTITY THEFT, AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING if Cuba denies to compensate a Political Persecuted person like Luis Alberto Alfonso Rodríguez. Also of Political Murder if it can be proven with evidence.
