THE PURGES HAVE CAUSED FATALITIES IN MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I AM UNDER POLITICAL PERSECUTION FOR PUBLIC WITNESS RECOGNITION UNDER FALSE PRETENSE. NOT RELATED TO THE CUBAN ARMED FORCES; BUT TO THE CASTROS' ESPIONAGE AND COMMUNIST MAFIA.

I left Cuba, on the 29th of July 2001, for political reasons to Switzerland. Got married and lived there for around seven years. Where I took refuge. I did not ask for Asylum because I was married. I got divorced and had to go back to Cuba to take care of my 84 year-old-father who was abandoned to a poor, miserable, and lonely fate without social help; after having served all his lifetime to Castro in the Natural Park Ciénaga de Zapata. Bay of Pigs. Matanzas Cuba.I had a Permanent Residency Permit C (Bewilligung C). I was forced to a Sign-out-deportation in order to withdraw my Pension Money to help my father. The sign out caused me Permanent Loss of my Residency C for Switzerland. Despite the peculiarity that the C Bewilligung is not retrievable unless for EXTREME CAUSES. I asked to be signed out for the emergency of a divorce and my father's urgent condition. Clearly inhumane given the fact of my links with Europe: Spanish Grandparents.

I left Switzerland with a Criminal Record Certificate issued in Basel with no criminal records. I had it made on purpose so that I could not be blamed for anything back in Cuba, or put under Interrogation. In spite of that, I was put under Military Interrogation and Witness Recognition for over 10 years obviously to find out what I had done in Europe since I signed in in the years 2001 until 2008. As I had been employed in the past by both the Cuban President Fidel Castro Ruz & Raúl Castro Ruz the ex Minister of Defense, President of Gaviota S.A (Military Agency), and the Cuban President after his brother died.

The invisible Enemy & Human Robotics are unpredictable. I am not receiving one penny from COA or any other Dutch Organization. I am living on the tips gifts and donations. Sleeping in the cold streets. I cannot attend the Court Session because I cannot pay the train. I am also scared to go. Strange things would have happened without the Zwolle Police, The Europol and the Interpol in Ter Apel. Please notify the court in my name and deliver all the evidence that I have sent you. Especially the Papers which have arrived lately from Cuba and Miami, which I have sent you by email. As you know, deportation cannot happen because of my political position and the Cuban Position about dissidents like me in Cuba.

Please do not forget to give the court a sample of my book I wrote in Rotterdam Prison against Fidel Castro's Political and Social System. I am incompatible with the current Cuban Government. And I have more evidence. Please overgive the court the recent document about the European Parliament and it's position about Cuba and Human Rights...

Even in the cruelest Slavery Times Slaves had Human Rights.I have evidence to win my Court Case; and The Dutch Legal Offices do not want to present it to the Immigration and the Dutch Court against Cuba. I was put to danger in four deportation attempts in the open air. I was sent to meerheeze and my Name was not there. Why not Hoogeveen AZC? I was taken illegally to Rotterdam Prison(Hypoxia Chamber). What about the Rotterdam Delta Gravity (G-Delta) Insulator? Why am I still being kept in a G Insulator without Human Conditions?

I was put to solitary confinement in Schiphol. I was supposed to be given asylum, amnesty, or deportation. If my evidence as a Castro's Agent is not good enough to put me in a Witness Protection Program, why sending me for interrogation to a Rotterdam Prison? And why not sending me to an AZC when Extradited from Gouglera /Giffers (Chevrilles)?
