STATELESSNES STATUS REQUEST

This is the best way I have to keep my Cubanity and at the same time to request for STATELESSNES STATUS without falling in the hands of human slavery, human trafficking, sex conversion, Communist Indoctrination, Communist Brainwashing, violation of my human rights, and freedoms. At the same time to break with my country's dictatorship; without breaking with my people and my Cuban Family. Also to stay a Patriot.

As no country seems to take responsibility for me, as a Cuban exile, I have the right according to some countries‘ Legal System and Constitution to request for Entrance, Visa, and STATELESSNESS STATUS. In the case of denial, I am asking the International Committee of the Red Cross, Amnesty International, the European Court, the European Immigration, and the International Court of Justice to Grant me the PRISONER OF WAR STATUS. According to National and International Law.

Distinguished Magistrates:

The state that gives me Political Asylum; the country that gives me entrance; the country that gives me a Residency Permit, the country that gives me a Work Permit; the country that grants me the freedom to break with Socialism & Communism, Human Modern Slavery; with Dictators, Dictating Tyrants and Political Persecution. The country that can assure me respect for my Human Rights; respect for my freedoms of expression, press, religion, my friedom of patent; my freedom of choice…and my freedom to change my mind; if it is considered that the practical objective need and possibility requires it to be so. The freedom to start New; the freedom to quit according to contract, terms and conditions; the freedom to change. I represent myself; my family, my people without Communism and Socialism. I represent the mayority of my people. The country that grants me this request, is a friend of Cuba, my people, and my homeland. It is Cuba’s best friend. That country will save my life; that country will save my family; that country will save my people in a Global Catastrophe. In a Global Pandemic.

Many have tried to persuade me, to convince me, to make me change my mind so that I quit my request for Political Asylum, with compensation, protection and payment. I will not ask for anything else. I have witnesses who have seen my public and private sacrifices on my behalf, on behalf of my family, on behalf of my causeI have New Evidence, proof, and a Crime Scene.

I am asking any Country where these requirements are fulfilled.

like the Cuban Ladies in Black, will never negotiate with my Political Enemies in relation to: Violations of Human Rights; Political Persecution, Espionage; Identity Theft; Human Handling; Human trafficking; Human Smuggling; Racism; Homophobia; extremism and radicalism. Violations of the law,peace, and Order; Communist Indoctrination . As you know, Cuba will not receive me back without violating again my Huma Freedoms and rights, without attempting again against my life, my moral, and my dignity on account of my Political Ideas and Political Position. If they ever would receive me against my will and obeyance, it would be because of the same reasons they wanted to extradite Luis Posada Carriles, other Freedom Fighters and Human Rights Defenders to be given Life Imprisonment, or to be judged illegally according to the current Cuban Illegal Constitution. Or to be executed unjustly, even under the Human Rights Organisations, The Cuban Observatory for Human Rights…,by an Extraoficial Military Extrajudicial Court to be given the Maximum Penalty for Treason to the Homeland. When I was never affiliated to their Political System. Although I was forced to, for many years, to their Unpopular Social Slavery ; and their Economical Left-radical, extremist, Narco-fascist, Communist Dictatorship.

My Political Enemies (for there are no personal without political) crave for the idea to extradite me to a poor country. So that I don’t discover their Hidden Secrets and HiddenPersonnel. Besides, that I suffer double pain double torture, double sentence, for having rebelled against them. Being a member of a Councils of State Family. ( Familia Bonita). For Political Revenge, or Communist Purge.

I have the right to ask for a country where my University Degree could be Converted to the current Professional Degrees and Diplomas Conversion Testing disregarding my Third-World- Country Immigration Status, my color, my race, my Origen, and my character. Adjusting solely, to my IQ, my Educational Background, my my Postgradute Upgrading and my Social and Spiritual Development.

A country where Communism doesn’t make discriminatory, racist, homophobic, and envious differences between Manual and Intellectual Work based on Sexism or Machism. Where the following formula would be equally applicable:

EQUAL=CASH=TALENT NOT EVERYONE ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS, like Marxism-Leninism.

Where evidence is not made classified to manipulate it and use it for Persona Favours. Where refugees, asylum seekers, and dessertors are not taken to a restricted or classified environment for brainwashing and sex conversion to predate my intellect, my sex, and my honor. Where the lying Detector, The Psychology Board, and the Immigration, is not against me.

Where my endeavours will be judged equally Neutral by my friends and enemies according to the law and the evidence. Where the Jury will not be influenced by the Cuban Judicial System. Where my identity will be equal in a public or classified environment.

Where I would be granted a Work Permit in accordance to my Nationality.

Where I would be treated as a citizen and not Second Class Citizen because of my Origen. Where Intelligence Persecution is not confused with Political Persecution.

Where Cuba’s Businesses and Embassies are not Intelligence Centers.

Where Private Prisons, especially Military Prisons are not allowed to do Human Trafficking, Human Handling, and Human Smuggling in the name of Collaboration and Cooperation with Friend-Countries.

Where asylum, compensation, and protection, is granted to the real Dictatorship Victims and not to Mules, Spies, and Concubines.

Where asylum be based in the evidence and not on a Sex, Communist, Waiting-List.
