.To deny to be used as Medical-Experimentation- Guinea-Pig, in front of the Dying Dictator Fidel Castro Ruz.

.To refuse the use of ‘La Técnica' in my Mother's home for public Web-Cam-Entertainment in front of the Dying-Dictator Fidel Castro Ruz.

. I refused the Cuban Intelligence & The Dying- Fidel-Castro to demoralize my mother & my Communist Father from Cayo Ramona. Ciénaga de Zapata, Matanzas. Bay og Pigs. In public(See: Cienagüeros & Orientales).

. I refused to collaborate with the Castro's Intelligence in a Communist-Purge, Witness-Recognition, Criminal Interrogation, without a warrant or A Personal Enter-View to Cuba after Swiss- Deportation.

.Start Private Free-Lance- Teaching because I was banned from the Board of Education's List for political reasons.

I refused Medical Attention in a Castro’s Special Facilities for obvious Public Murder.

I refuse deportation to avoid becoming an Anarchist, A criminal, An Assassin. They demoralized me, my mother, my father… in public in Cuba & abroad. Infamy is a sin. Lying is forgiven by God.

I request Amnesty, Asylum, & Protection based on the proof, the facts, the evidence, the witnesses & the Crime Scene.

I need a lawyer, A safe place, a safe location, Food, shelter, medical attention, in a Non-Fidel-Castro Environment. Integration without Work Permit, without A Residency Permit, is Human Slavery. Deportation & Amnesty to avoid Crime, Order Violations, Border Crimes, national & international security issues is The Law.

Personal Rejection & Non-Verbal-Communication-War, is Intelligence-Political Homophobia.

Unauthorized Prison & Asylum-Center Personality Studies could be understood as Communist-Castrist Political Persecution.
